Quiet Country Road with low traffic
We may be rural but it is still a neighborhood. Newberry Road has at least 30 children with a school bus stop right at the stop sign at Newberry and Highway 38. Many residing there were not aware of the "neighborhood meeting" and homesteading neighbors nearby were also not informed until after approval.
